Add Support for Property Types, Staging Modes, Custom Room Types, New Images and Distribute Image Generation Requests!

Here's some product updates that will help you generate better images!
1. Add Images to Existing Properties
Now you can add one or multiple images to an existing property and start staging them right away
2. Select Property Type
This is major. Now when you create a new property, you are provided an option to choose the kind of property this is. This context will help our AI generate better images.
And whereas we have a single default property type now, we will soon be adding support for other kinds of properties!

3. Select Staging Mode
Right up the alley with property types, is the staging mode selection. You are now able to choose modes like "Furnishing" to furnish a vacant property, or "Polishing" to polish or just enhance a property that's already furnished and just needs to be polished without necessarily adding too many new elements.
Soon we will be adding other modes to give you even more control!

4. Custom Room Type
Initially, you could only select the room type from a predetermined list of room types. This was limiting. With this addition, now you can type your own room type! This will help the AI understand the space and stage it appropriately. So be sure to get the room type right!

5. Distribute Image Generation Requests
Due to capacity limits(GPUs are expensive), the AI models we use have rate limits to cap the number of requests we can send to it in a minute. If we send too many image generation requests, some of them will be dropped.
To avoid this, now we are carefully distributing the number of requests we send to our AI models.
What this means is that none of your image generation requests will be dropped, they will all be processed. The caveat here is that they will take slightly longer, especially when a lot of people are generating images at the same time.
In terms of numbers, you will be able to generate up to 6 images per minute, and when the system is very busy, expect about 1 image per minute.
We will continue increasing our system capacity to make this even faster.
But if you feel like the generation has taken exceptionally longer, I have provided a "Retry" button that you can use to "wake" it up. Use it sparingly and only when absolutely necessary!
